NFL Flag Officiating Program

My History

On July 12, 2025, I had the privilege of officiating a thrilling American Football event featuring the U.S. Embassy Uganda team Vs the American Football Federation of Uganda (AFFU) Team.

(US Embassy Kampala Uganda vs Team Uganda for American Football, 3:00pm, Muyenga at ACACIA INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL JUNIOR ZIMWE RD ).

This experience was both an honor and a testament to the growing influence of American Football in Uganda.

Serving as an official as Head Referee for such a high-profile game demanded precision, integrity, and strong leadership to ensure fair play and uphold the NFL Flag rules of the game.

Collaborating with athletes and organizers from the U.S. Embassy provided an opportunity to strengthen international sports relations while showcasing Uganda’s emerging officiating talent through this friendly exhibition game.

This event marked an important milestone in my officiating career—highlighting professionalism, teamwork, and commitment to excellence. It also reinforced my passion for promoting the sport’s development and nurturing the next generation of officials across Uganda and beyond.
